Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: 01 July 2026

Welcome to GoSeedUp (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”). By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Brand means a person or organisation that creates campaigns or purchases Platform services.
  • Worker means a person who accepts and completes eligible tasks.
  • Credits are internal ledger units used for services on GoSeedUp. Withdrawal eligibility applies only to qualifying Worker earnings, not to a user's own top-ups.

2. Account eligibility and security

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use only payment methods you are authorised to use. We may require verification and may restrict accounts involved in fraud, impersonation, abuse or unlawful activity.

3. Brand responsibilities

Brands must publish truthful, lawful campaigns, fund their campaign before activation, provide clear task instructions and review valid submissions fairly. Brands must not request unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful activity.

4. Worker responsibilities

Workers must perform tasks honestly using real accounts and original, lawful content. Bots, fake accounts, fabricated proof, circumvention of Platform controls and off-platform arrangements intended to avoid Platform fees are prohibited.

5. Fees, campaigns and payouts

Applicable fees and campaign funding requirements are shown in the Platform. A Worker may become eligible for a manual bank payout only from approved earnings after applicable verification, review and fraud-prevention controls. Transactions are recorded in the Platform ledger.

6. Campaign changes and cancellations

Campaigns may be paused or cancelled subject to the Platform workflow. Work already accepted and completed remains subject to the agreed task terms, review process and applicable dispute controls. Amounts already paid for valid approved work are not refundable merely because a campaign is cancelled.

7. Intellectual property

Workers retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed, while granting the Brand the licence necessary to use approved deliverables for the relevant campaign. Users must not upload or use content that infringes another person's rights.

8. Platform role and disputes

GoSeedUp provides a marketplace and workflow tools. Use the in-product reporting process or contact us for disputes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes may be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where permitted by law.

10. Contact

Contact us at [email protected].

11. Wallet Funding, Non-Withdrawal and Anti-Money Laundering

Top-Up Credits are prepaid, closed-loop service credits. Money loaded into a GoSeedUp wallet is intended solely to purchase and pay for services within GoSeedUp, including campaigns, Platform services and applicable fees. Top-Up Credits are not a cash-out product and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, transferred as money, or exchanged outside the Platform.

Please fund only what you reasonably expect to use. Before creating or activating a campaign, estimate the required amount as: number of tasks × agreed price per task + applicable Platform fee + any optional bonus or service charge. Unused Top-Up Credits remain available for eligible in-Platform services; they are not a bank deposit, investment, or cash balance.

Worker earnings are different from Top-Up Credits. Only earnings from approved, completed work that satisfy GoSeedUp's verification, review, fraud-prevention and payout requirements may be eligible for a manual bank payout. A user may never convert their own top-up, promotional credit, refund credit or other non-earning balance into a cash withdrawal.

Anti-money laundering and account integrity. We may verify identity, payment-method ownership, source-of-funds information, task completion and transaction patterns; delay, limit, reject, reverse or freeze a transaction; suspend an account; and retain records where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful activity or Platform abuse. We may cooperate with payment providers and competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law. Attempts to load funds and then seek a cash withdrawal, use unauthorised third-party payment instruments, create circular transactions or circumvent these controls are prohibited.

Legal rights preserved. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory right, remedy, refund, disclosure or dispute process required by applicable law, including where a paid service is not supplied as agreed.
